This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tour packages and travel services booked through our company.
1. Booking Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels their booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

30 days or more before travel date: 20% cancellation charges

15–29 days before travel date: 40% cancellation charges

7–14 days before travel date: 60% cancellation charges

Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund
2. No Show Policy

No refund will be provided for no-show (if the customer does not arrive on the travel date).

No refund for unused services such as hotel stay, meals, sightseeing, or transportation.
3. Helicopter Booking Refund (Char Dham / Kedarnath etc.)

Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions and government approval.

If helicopter service is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons, refund will be processed as per helicopter company policy.

Service charges may be deducted.
4. Hotel Refund Policy

Hotel refunds depend on the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.

In peak season or festival time, hotels may have strict no-refund policies.
5. Cab & Transportation Refund

Cab cancellation charges depend on cancellation timing.

If cancelled on travel day, no refund will be applicable.
6. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Situations)
No refund will be provided for cancellations due to:

Natural disasters

Landslides

Roadblocks

Government restrictions

Pandemic or emergency situations
However, we may assist in rescheduling where possible.
7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
