1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
Booking confirmation will be provided only after receiving the required advance payment.
Customers must provide correct personal details (name, age, ID proof, contact details).

2. Payments

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey.
Payments once made are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Travel & Transportation

Cab services are provided as per itinerary.
Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions and availability.
Delays due to weather, roadblocks, government restrictions, or natural disasters are not our responsibility.

5. Hotel & Accommodation

Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided.
Early check-in / late check-out depends on hotel policy.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation charges apply as per cancellation date.
No refund for no-show or unused services.
Refund timelines depend on hotel, transport, and helicopter provider policies.

7. Customer Responsibility

Carry valid government ID proof during travel.
Follow local rules and temple guidelines.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

8. Liability

We act only as a travel organizer.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, delays, or loss caused by third-party service providers.
Weather conditions in hill areas may affect travel plans.
